Once a PDF or other digital product has been purchased and delivered, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided. Digital products cannot be returned, revoked, or “unused,” and access is granted immediately upon purchase.

Please ensure that you:

• Review any previews or sample pages provided

• Confirm the product meets your needs prior to checkout

Refunds will only be considered in the rare case of:

• A duplicate purchase of the same product, or

• A technical issue where the file is proven to be inaccessible or corrupted and we are unable to resolve the issue
