A 4-Week Adult Swim Program
25m Pool | 3 Sessions per Week
Designed for fitness & endurance swimmers
Improve technique, endurance, and confidence in the water — without long sessions or complicated training plans.
Who this program is for:
Adults who can swim at least 200–400m continuously
Fitness swimmers wanting structure and progression
Busy adults training 3 times per week
Distances between 1km-1.2km per session Technique, endurance, speed & recovery sessions
Optional use of fins, paddles & pull buoy Printable swim log & progress tracker
⏱ Time commitment: 45–60 minutes per session 3 sessions per week
